PerformanceIT’s On Demand IT Service plan combines many of the benefits of our IT Managed Services, with the flexibility of a pay-as-you-go service. On Demand IT Services have a small monthly recurring fee that ensures that PerformanceIT is monitoring your network and performing required scheduled preventative maintenance, including patch management and security updates. We also provide you a comprehensive monthly health report identifying potential issues. As needed, for an hourly rate, you'll have access to our IT department including helpdesk staff and certified network, system, and database engineers. You can also get advice and consultation services with our senior level CTO (Chief Technology Officer) on an hourly basis.

Our On Demand IT Service plans are great for smaller companies with limited budgets, needing more than just reactive hourly IT support but not yet ready for our fully managed IT services.

The On Demand services also work well for larger customers that want “ad hoc” use of our IT professionals to supplement their own internal IT department. These customers can also access our world class hosted monitoring & management tools, eliminating the hassle of supporting and maintaining software.
